TERRANOSite walk

Grounds maintenance, May to October

The same site, the other six months.

Turf, beds, litter and irrigation on a fixed weekly day, from the same crew that cleared your lot in February — with the same service log and the same photo record.

What we cover

Turf maintenance

Mowing, trimming and edging on a fixed weekly day so your tenants and your board know when the crew is on site.

Beds, shrubs and tree wells

Weeding, edging and shrub trimming through the season, with mulch refresh quoted separately.

Litter and grounds sweep

Parking lot, entrances and landscape areas policed on every visit. The thing tenants complain about first.

Turf health programme

Fertilizer on a scheduled plan, core aeration, overseeding and repair of winter plow damage along lot edges.

Irrigation

Spring start-up, mid-season checks and fall blowout, with leak and head repairs billed on time and materials.

Seasonal colour and entrances

Planters and entrance beds turned over for the season where the property wants them.

How grounds contracts are structured

Quoted per site after a walk, the same as winter.

Both seasons, one contract

Stop managing two vendors for the same piece of land

Most managed properties in Calgary run a snow contractor and a landscaper who have never spoken to each other — which is how you end up with plow damage along the lot edge in April that nobody will own. One contract means one crew, one invoice, one call, and nobody to point at anyone else when something goes wrong in the shoulder season.

Sites contracted for both seasons are held at one rate across the full twelve months and are quoted before we open either route to new work.
