Time-stamped photos, service logs and material records on every visit — the record you need for a slip-and-fall claim.

How the contract is built

Pricing is quoted per site after a walk. Bring us your lot dimensions, linear sidewalk footage, entrance count and last season’s invoices, and we will come back with a number you can take to a board meeting.
