Miss the City’s window and the fine starts at $250, climbs to $750, and the City bills you for clearing the walk on top of it. Complete and Premium carry a bylaw guarantee: if we are late and you are ticketed, we pay it.
The city sidewalk is on every plan. Even the cheapest one.
Calgary requires you to clear the public sidewalk bordering your home to bare pavement within 24 hours of a snowfall ending. It is the piece with the fine attached, and it is the piece most contractors quietly leave out of the base price.
You will never find out in January that the expensive part wasn’t included.

Three plans, one property list
Every plan clears the same property. What changes is the trigger depth and how long you wait. At 5 cm we come out after meaningful snowfalls; at 2 cm we come out after almost all of them — roughly double the visits in a normal Calgary winter. That is the real difference you are paying for.

A corner lot is not a mid-block lot. A detached garage off the alley is not a front driveway. We measure the property from satellite, confirm it on site, and build the quote from what is actually there.

15% off your first season, for the first 50 homes
Book before October 15 and your rate is locked for winter 2027/28 as well. Three or more homes on the same block saves everyone 10%. Seniors save 10%. Sign snow and summer lawn care together and both are 10% off for 24 months.
